This program has been designed to help mums strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and remove any discomfort related to weak pelvic floor muscles and prolapses.
Over the last few years I have designed a unique routine that gets guaranteed results fast, in the comfort of your own home and I am so excited to share this program with you! I have been working with hundreds of mums, many of whom have suffered from pelvic floor problems to some degree. I will coach you through simple, yet essential moves that will leave you feeling your absolute best! The only equipment needed is your body!
Why the Pelvic Floor Program?
Most mums suffer from a degree of pelvic floor problems post pregnancy and birth, often they feel embarrassed about this or don’t know where to get help, or that this can be helped.
The program covers:
Education about pelvic floor problems and the different levels
Stage 1 workout: Releasing tension through your hips and upper legs to allow proper functioning of your core, gluteus and pelvic floor muscles. Activation of your core, gluteus and pelvic floor muscles and learning how to control activation.
Stage 2 workout: Strengthening your gluteus, core and pelvic floor muscles
Stage 3 workout: Advanced strengthening exercises
This program can be used on an ongoing basis. While the initial program should be completed back to back, maintaining the newly gained strength is simple!
