Do I need equipment?

Depending on the program, you may need some basic fitness equipment like strength bands, dumbbells and an exercise mat! You can get started without anything and then build up a small amount of equipment as you go!

What if it’s too hard for me?

Our programs are suitable for all fitness levels. We will help to get you working through the right program for your level, that will get you exercising safely while also challenging you.
