No worries! We have tons of recipes in our member area which you can use for swap outs! In fact if you prefer to put together your own meal plan, simply use our blank meal plan template and only eat what YOU choose!
Vegetarian: Yes absolutely! Our meal plans do have some meat meals but there is always a vegetarian option included as well!
Dairy Free: Yes we have lots of dairy free recipes! Simone is dairy free herself so you will be well looked after!
Gluten Free: You can NOW choose our Gluten Free meal plans during our Shape Up programs!
